Lvt DRYBACK Extreme

Permanently elastic, heavy underlay with patented RWS Barrier base material and a adhesive layer, specially developed for LVT Dryback designfloors with more than 2,5mm thickness. Allows for quick and easy montage of vinyl floors in floating floor systems, without the need to compensate ground unevennes or the usage of an adhesive.

RWS Barrier® base material defines a new standard for the highest walking noise improvement value. All tests were conducted by the EPH GmbH. In addition to laboratory tests, end-user experience was confirmed in real life conditions as RWS performance compared to other premium range underlays on the market.

The quality and function therefore depends on the expert site evaluation and product use. In case of doubt, carry out your own tests or seek advice on our application technology. When processing, please observe the rules of technology as well as the manufacturing specifications of the building materials involved and constantly changing state of technology. Due to its composition and technology of production, this product may have a residual smell of natural rubber that disappears right after the assembly of the floor. This product has been tested and does not emit volatile organic compounds (VOC class A +).

Unroll underlay on the floor, white protecting foil facing up, with individual panels adjacent to one another. Gradually peel the protecting foil and stick LVT Dryback tiles according to the manufacturer’s montage manual. Do not use any adhesive.

NOTE: this underlay is not recommended for LVT DRYBACK floors with thickness less than 2,5mm. Some types of DRYBACK floors require glued-down installation with directly on the concrete, because they do not provide sufficient dimensional stability under the conditions of frequent temperature changes, which may lead to local lifting or undulating floor in places with high sun exposure. Before installation, we recommend to carry out the appropriate tests or to confirm the possibility of installation in hybrid-floating system in sunny spots directly from the manufacturer of the floor. Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to the floor and is not subject to complaint.
